The hotel is perfectly located, close to most attractions and right next to a cafe. It is also conveniently situated near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are fresh, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff is welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offers a plentiful and varied selection, satisfying all tastes. The rooftop pool and bar are an added advantage, providing a great place to unwind and enjoy the views.

The only downside is that the bar service is limited to the rooftop terrace, it would have been nice to have a bar or coffee service on the first floor as well.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location! It's situated in an area that has a lot of great tourist spots which could be conveniently reached by walking. , a metro station is situated close by, which made transport easy. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely with modern touches.

The pool area could be better managed and the elevator had issues during my stay, both issues caused inconvenience.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The variety of food options, including fresh vegetables, fruits, omelettes, bacon. It was a great way to start our day and fuel up for exploring the city. the rooftop bar provided fine views.

One major drawback of our stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. Specifically, the carpet on the 3rd floor was dirty and smelly.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main shopping street and just opposite a metro station. We really enjoyed staying in this historical area, where the building materials were so rich. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance available. The amenities were great too, with everything from air conditioning to in-room safes to flat-screen TVs. The best part was the warm staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Located near impressive architectural sites and with an ideal location near public transport, this hotel was staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees who make it feel like a luxury stay. The rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable, with fantastic views. Not to mention the delicious meals served in the restaurant and bar. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel had a stunning roof top bar with beautiful views. The staff were amazing, especially Carlos at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location was perfect, centrally located and close to all the great shops. The staff, including Giovanna and Sofia, were incredibly helpful with check-in and making reservations for restaurants and tours. The newer rooms we stayed in were just as nice as they looked in the pictures. the staff and location made this hotel stand out as the best we've ever stayed in.
